The Event: The launch of the first PAUL Bakery in South Africa, The famous French patisserie continues to be a family owned company built on the foundations of time-honoured production methods passed down through five generations.

The launch of PAUL included a media & blogger baking class where they could learn to bake the PAUL way. Solid Rock provided sound and video content for this portion of the event. The evening involved a cocktail function where the shop front portion of the bakery was launched. The brief was to create a WOW impact but not distract from the look & feel of the shop as delegates would need to experience every element and the bakery would be operating. Speeches were made by PAUL’s CEO, the bakery manager and Famous Brands’ CEO.
